If StudyVerse isn't for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing hello@studyverse.app from the email on your account. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel anytime from your Profile → Subscription page.
- Your Premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days after the 7-day window.
Annual plans
Annual plans qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry over 3 days and downgrade you to Starter if it still doesn't go through. Your data is preserved.
Account deletion
Deleting your account removes your profile, generations, mistakes and XP history. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
