These Terms govern your use of StudyVerse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per student. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
2. Acceptable use
- Use StudyVerse for personal learning. Do not resell, scrape or automate the service.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful or copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
- Do not attempt to manipulate XP, rank or leaderboard standings.
3. AI output
The AI Tutor, Notes, Flashcards, MCQs and Paper Maker generate suggested educational content. Always verify with your textbook or teacher — we don't guarantee perfect accuracy.
4. Subscriptions
- Starter and Premium plans are billed in advance.
- Premium auto-renews until cancelled.
- Beta pricing locks in for the lifetime of your subscription.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime.
6. Limitation of liability
StudyVerse is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner.
